California Lemon Law

If you have had difficulties with your car that your warranty does not cover or that you continue to get replaced several times you might qualify under the California Lemon Law. To qualify for the California Lemon law you must have a car, boat, motorcycle, computer or an electronic appliance that has continuously given you issues even after the manufacturer has tried fixing it many times. You can be refunded with cash, replacement or even a refund. This usually happens after numerous attempts at fixing the issue and it impairs the use, safety or the value of your product. Keep in mind that California always has exceptions and different rules than other states. So either you are the lucky Californian or the unlucky one that has difficulties with something else.
